• Please describe your most hated boss?
Mine were all women. I think the one out the top three I most couldn’t stand was this witch who should have owned a broom to fly off on. According to a co-worker, she told them within 5 minutes of my being there that I “would never work out” All three of these women were totally deluded too, thinking that everyone liked them when people were just kissing their ass and playing up to them. I much prefer men bosses. They are straight-foward and don’t play stupid little games.
• did the pigs fly today?
i thought pigs would have to fly, before some man would admit a woman over 40 was anything but a nagging wench… please see below… 60 Minutes Correspondent Andy Rooney (CBS) As I grow in age, I value women over 40 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why: A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, ‘What are you thinking?’ She doesn’t care what you think. If a woman over 40 doesn’t want to watch the game, she doesn’t sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do, and it’s usually more interesting. Women over 40 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you d eserve it, they won’t hesitate to shoot you if they think they can get away with it. Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it’s like to be unappreciated. Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 40. Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 40 is far sexier than her younger counterpart. Older women are forthright and honest. They’ll tell you right off if you are a jerk if you are acting like one. You don’t ever have to wonder where you stand with her. Yes, we praise women over 40 for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it’s not reciprocal . For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed, hot woman over 40, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself wit h some 22-year old waitress. Ladies, I apologize. For all those men who say, ‘Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?’, here’s an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage. Why? Because women realize it’s not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage! Andy Rooney is a really smart guy!

• Regardless of your Politics, Don’t you think Bush is just a Great Guy?
Here is a descent hard working god fearing Christian that deserves your respect. This man served his country flying jets in the National Guard until his HONORABLE discharge. He earned a Harvard MBA! Just an all around great guy who has brought Honor and Dignity back to the White House after those awful Clinton years. You have to admit LIBS. It’s kind of nice having a President who does not spend all his time in front of special prosecutors, Grand Juries and Impeachment Hearings! My kids were embarrassed that the President disgraced the office like that. Now, they look at Bush with pride!
• How can I get rid of my fear of ghosts?
I have had fear of ghost since i was in my early teens. Not only am i absolutely terrified or petrified of hearing, seeing them I have weird thoughts that run through my head. I will sleep and have thoughts of a ghost girl(looking like the grudge) come through the house and being next to my son. I have thoughts of a man or woman coming in taking my son, thoughts(when i give my son a bath) that someone will come and shoot me and leave my son to drown…(he is 6 mths old) I also have the most in depth nightmares. to a point i get scared to do alot of things. I cant be in a dark room. i swich every light on every where i go or else i get withdrawels. I accidentally saw one ghost reality thing(my friend was watching it) and i started shaking, started crying. its like people with a fear of spiders). its weird. I have felt ghosts and i dont want to believe in them, sometimes they come into my dreams, i see them watching me and then fly over and touch me, i was dreaming but it felt so real..

• My first effort to write an Elyslund Sonnet - Has it met with the rules?
Not a particularly riveting poem - but, I hope it conforms to the rules. Dreamland Each sleep-filled, cheap-thrilled night my spirit flies Endlessly peeking, seeking dream’s surprise Effort rewards me, accords me my prize Eyes free to see joyous internal skies. Desert oases, no traces of man Deep gorgeous gorges, and rivers they span. Downtown New York, eat, talk, walk (if you can) Dine with our fine Queen, I’m no also ran. My trained fertile brain pushing me ahead Metamorphosing or posing instead Maybe a baby or new man to wed My body solidly snug in my bed (oases is spelled that way as it is plural) Couplet coming up, neonman - forgot that bit! Edit - (here it is) Well travelled, knitted ravelled sleeve of care Wondrous places , I can’t wait to get there. Damn I edited out the internal rhyming in the last line! change to Wondrous places, and faces I’ll find there Thanks for tips Ari - but, I’m working to a very tight formula here. (I could change snug but I like alliteration) Solidly is supposed to rhyme with body…poor rhyme…but better than ’solid’
• Anyone knows this movie?
I don’t know too many details… It was a movie about some meatball-like monsters, that could hover in the air and had sharp teeth… It was a horror movie of course. Here are the most I know: There was a man named Craig, a blind girl that was stabbed on the belly with a knife, and the blade remained there, and the survivors tried to remove it, I think it was set in an airport, there was a well-known actor (don’t remember his name) as the pilot, and they wanted to refill the plane so they could escape.I think the name of the movie was something about these monsters… They were roaming the airport and were trying to kill the survivors… I can’t describe them greatly, they were like flying balls, brown, with sharp teeth that were sort of rotating… And lastly, IM NOT SO SURE ABOUT THAT! I think that they escaped by going to another dimension with the plane, and one of the survivors gave his life to save them. Sry about the almost no details,. but I was 6 years old!
• How should I perform this poem?
A Dream Within A Dream by Edgar Allan Poe Take this kiss upon the brow! And, in parting from you now, Thus much let me avow- You are not wrong, who deem That my days have been a dream; Yet if hope has flown away In a night, or in a day, In a vision, or in none, Is it therefore the less gone? All that we see or seem Is but a dream within a dream. I stand amid the roar Of a surf-tormented shore, And I hold within my hand Grains of the golden sand- How few! yet how they creep Through my fingers to the deep, While I weep- while I weep! O God! can I not grasp Them with a tighter clasp? O God! can I not save One from the pitiless wave? Is all that we see or seem But a dream within a dream? I need to memorize it and perform it for reader’s theater.I easily memorized it,but I need to perform it as an 80 year old suicidal man.I can’t have any props and have to involve the class(I can have them sit a certain way or I can touch them, etc.)Thanks for any help/suggestions! Please nothing too drastic-I have incredible stage fright
• Have you read the first draft of a new form of sonnet?
Viking Voyage For lo! The forty four grey cast away Fetters, mooring. Roaring past the old quay. Flying, fleeing, sighing with unknown day Far ahead. Frenzied eyes watched for the way Showing the Way, rowing towards the far West, Sunned with gulls, fecund with mountainous crests. Slowing, rowers graveing ill with tiredness. Shallow hope, fallow horizons’ cruel test. Then, with men exhausted, starving, the call! That tiny branch floating briny waves tall! The mens’ eyes gleamed, streamed. New land welcomed all! Tears amongst cheers, from Fathers in their Hall! Voyagers of Old! Stories told this night! Valhalla tested…not bested. Lands’ sight! Been thinking about this new form a long time…Sunday’s a good day to try it! What is this new form’s structure? I know, and I crunched two lines, not having it! Rules: 1…each stanza must start with the same letter…and couplet. 2…each stanza and couplet must have their end rythmes the same. 3…MUST be one internal rythme in each line. You’re right….’quay’ is pronounced ‘key’…always heard it pronounced ‘kway’….3 lines crunched! That’s what revision’s for!!!! Thanks!!! Yes, I used poetic license on ‘graveing’…but, one gets the picture of THAT amount of illness! No alliteration…must be pure ryhme. 3 of mine slipped past me…go ahead, try it!!!
• ok c.kisback gave me these to post hope you enjoy?

Which months have 28 days? All of them! What did the hat say to the scarf? You hang on around while I go on ahead! If you drop a white hat into the Red Sea, what does it become? Wet! What can a whole apple do that a half apple can’t? Look round! There was a red bungalow. Everything in it was red – the walls, the carpets, the furniture. What colour were the stairs? There weren’t any stairs. It was a bungalow! Why is 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 8 9. What is the longest word in the English language? SMILES – because there is a mile between the first and last letters. What two things can’t you have for dinner? Lunch and breakfast! If you drop a white hat into the red sea, what will it become? Wet! What house weighs the least? A lighthouse! What’s pink with huge teeth, hairy legs and green spots? I don’t know. Why? Because one’s just crawled down your Tshirt! What is Rupert the Bear’s middle name? The! What has a head and a tail but no body? A coin! Why did the baker stop making doughnuts? He got fed up with the whole business! What’s the difference between a wizard and the letters S A M E K? One makes spells, the other spells makes! What starts with e, ends with e, but has only one letter? An envelope! Why did the boy throw his clock out of the window? To see time fly! What has no beginning, no end, and nothing in the middle? A doughnut! Why do you always find things in the last place you look? Because when you have found it you stop looking! What is full of holes but can still hold water? A sponge! What is brown and sticky? A stick! What comes once in a year, twice in a week, and never in a day? The letter E. What has arms & legs but no head? A chair! What am I?
